Go For The Gold who was allowed to enter for the Flamingo Stakes by the Trinidad and Tobago Racing Authority, had a good gallop over 800 metres in 50.4 seconds.

But Gold Bead who holds the assignment paced over 1000 metres in one minute 14.0 seconds.
