MINISTER of Sport and Youth Affairs Anil Roberts recently visited Tots and Tumblers Gym.
The gymnasts put on a dynamic display for Minister Roberts, corporate sponsors, parents and friends. Trinidad’s top gymnast Thema Williams is currently training to take part in the CAC Games in Puerto Rico next month.
Williams and several other Tots and Tumblers gymnasts were scheduled to leave on Saturday for a two-week stint at a gymnastic training camp in New York, USA.
They were accompanied by Tots and Tumblers coach Clifton Mc Dowell.
Minister Roberts expressed his support for these young gymnasts and the sport and said he was hugely impressed by their performances.
