SCORES of people came out to see the Under-15 football action at the Copa Coca-Cola, Zonal finals, held at the Queen’s Park Savannah in Port-of-Spain on the August 28 and 29.
The best zonal teams from the East, West, North, South, Central and Tobago took the match to new heights as they battled for glory. The East Zone won with ten points, North Zone came in second with eight points, third was Central with five points, fourth was Tobago with three points and South received one point.
Coca-Cola has always supported football locally, regionally and international. This is a new milestone of football in the country as Trinidad and Tobago will be represented along with some of the best teams of the world at the Copa Coca-Cola tournament in Argentina.
The East Zone will join hundreds of young footballers in Argentina in October, where they will learn valuable lessons from some of the best football coaches from around the world.
